B & B @ Bloem (size 2600 sq m / rooms total 332 sqm) nestles in a quiet residential leafy area in Bloemfontein. 65 Trees / scrubs has been identified and are being tagged. A lavish breakfast is served in the delightful Provencal style dining room called Chez les Jourdan(29 sq m & seats 16 people). Besides the continental choice, guests now have 6 other breakfast choices on the menu, including the Halaal and Vegeterian breakfasts. Room service for breakfast could be indicated. The rooms are all individually decorated, overlooking the garden, and some have in-room fireplaces. Rooms and cottages available. Guests now have the extra choice of B & B @ Bloem wines to enjoy and we have an in-house DVD channel. Easy access from the N1.

Rules
- If you leave before 09:00 the next morning, please settle your account the night before
- Keep gate closed
- Parking and accomendation/entrance at your own risk
- Lock up, and put the key in the post box at the gate when you leave
- Arrange with reception where you must collect the key on arrival
- Should you lose the remote control or any keys, or leave without returning them you will be held accountable
- Any specials must please be paid in cash and not with your card etc, unless otherwise arranged in advance
- You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself during your stay, whether done purposefully or accidental
- You may not disturb other guests or your neighbours
- If you use the braai or any other facilities, you are responsible for cleaning up
- You must settle your account on arrival (excepting for meals if necessary)
- No fees or deposits will be refunded should you cancel/change your booking
- No deposits wil he refunded if bookings are cancelled within 14 days and less, as per booking
- In the event of any other cancellation 50% of the deposit will be forfeited
- If you leave after 10:00, you are responsible for a day’s payment
- Your credit card details will be used to recover any of the above if necessary
- This B&B is a smoke free area
- No arrangements or agreements may be made with B&B staff members
- Kindly acquaint yourself as to whether any rules have been altered or added
- Sundays departure time 09:00
- No services are rendered on Sundays and public holidays
